Qualify and quantify-Figure out when your “good time” for sleeping is, as well as different from your usual as well as much dissimilar to your “can’t sleep” work-time. Make note of it and use your good time as a yardstick towards full sleep then note how much sleep the years have you getting out of bed refreshed (it may vary).
