    적당한 비용의 자전거를 구입해서 장비를 갖추고 타면 좋은 취미생활이 될 수 있습니다. 인기가 많은 취미로 정신집중에 좋고 머리를 써야 해서 치매 예방에도 좋습니다. 나이 들면서는 지인과 같이 어울리기에도 좋습니다. 등산하기가 힘들면 산책으로 큰 병을 앓았다면 약초를 키우는 것처럼 건강 상태를 고려해야 합니다. 베이킹-틀과 도구 욕심 안부리고 집에 있는재료와 도구 최대한 이용하면 즐겁고 재밌는 돈안드는 취미 돼요. 근데 제가 이거저거 해보니까 역시 사람과 사람이 모여서 하는게 제일 나아요.
