Keep your fat intake to a minimum of 40%. If you fail to try to to this, the particular body will continue to use carbs as fuel. How can this happen if an individual are eating is bread? It’s easy for your body to convert protein into glucose (carbs) and heading do this if do not want to feed it an alternate fuel source (fat).
