Not only will it keep you hydrated around the day, but drinking water helps you lose excessive fat. Do not however overdo this by forcing yourself to drink gallons of water every few moments. Keep a bottle of water nearby you and always remind yourself to drink water more frequently.

Simply put, our bodies need fuel to function. When we limit our carbohydrate intake, especially to levels that can cause ketosis, one’s body need different fuel resource.
