There are lots foods made available from restaurants which can be made locarb. I happen to love taco salads but at fast food restaurants, they normally have at least one or two things that are high in carbs. A taco salad without beans, rice and therefore shell kept me from cheating day one. A little extra beef or cheese didn’t hurt…[Read more]
