    When it comes down to both knives, I’ve a clear favorite. Since i prefer lighter, more modern-style knives, the worldwide G-2 chef knife can be a hands-down winner for kitchen area. Of course this does not mean that the Wusthof Classic chef knife is in any way far inferior. It’s a superb European chef’s knife. Just not my fashion.
