And my diet several. . . it remains very much this day, although, I find myself cheating frequently and I occasionally now use mayo in my little sandwiches, and i also occasionally get the “regular” dressings instead in the “lite” dressings when eating my soups. But other than that, my diet has basically stayed liquids.

The first recommendation is stop using the elevator. Take the stairs instead but as an alternative to going a measure at a time, surge two steps per stride. Pick a point. Don’t eat in bed, around sofa, or mindlessly typing on my TV. Eat only at the kitchen or dining table, with no distractions with the a friendly conversation. Eating in same position makes overeating easier to regulate.
