    다만 차량 상태의 차이가 있는지 이전의 경험한 다른 S60 B5 보다 ‘정숙성’이 떨어지는 것 같았다. 실제 S60 B5 인스크립션의 엑셀러레이터 페달을 밟으면 매끄럽고, 기민한 출력 전개를 느낄 수 있다. 이러한 모습은 발진 가속이나 추월 가속, 그리고 고속 주행 등 어떤 상황에서도 꾸준히 이어진다. 볼보의 차량 중에서는 가장 낮은 수준의 드라이빙 포지션이 더욱 돋보였다. 더불어 경쟁 모델과는 사뭇 다른 ‘볼보 고유의 따듯한 고급감’을 느낄 수 있다. 한편 이전의 T5 엔진 탑재 사양보다 한층 정숙한 모습이 ‘만족감’을 높였다.
